This privacy policy (the”Confidentiality Policy”) came into force as of its publication date, i.e. April 4, 2024.

- Foresea Technologies employees subject to a confidentiality agreement;
- Our subcontractors: providers of hosting, sending newsletters, audience measurement and analysis, electronic messaging and billing tools;
- Where applicable: public and private organizations, exclusively to meet our legal obligations.
5. Is your data likely to be transferred outside the European Union?
Your data is retained and stored for the duration of processing on the servers of the company Amazon Web Services, located in the European Union.
As part of the tools we use, your data is likely to be transferred outside the European Union. The transfer of your data in this context is secured using the following tools:
- this data is transferred to a country that has been deemed to offer an adequate level of protection by the European Commission;
- or we have concluded a contract for the transfer of your data outside the European Union and put in place appropriate guarantees on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
